One of the most endearing features of the Rising Sun is that its frontage is situated on the picturesque harbour of St Mawes. With views of the Roseland Peninsula beyond you can hardly fail to appreciate the stunning beauty of this particular part of Cornwall.

To cater for the discerning tastes of our visitors the Rising Sun has managed to combine a mixture of both modern and traditional style in an atmosphere of luxury and elegance.

Our restaurant is currently closed due to refurbishment and relocation within the hotel, whilst this transistion is taking place our chef has designed a new extensive bar menu and daily specials available from 12 noon - 9.30pm everyday. Please see our sample menu.
