Our friendly family run guest house offers contemporary rooms plus modern bathrooms in a Victorian villa. All breaks include Full English breakfast, freshly cooked using local ingredients. Our 13 rooms are ensuite ranging from singles, twins, and doubles to family rooms. Rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, digital TV, hairdryers and free WiFi broadband Internet access. We have a cosy lounge with widescreen TV, a licensed bar serving local beers, ciders and a selection of spirits and wines.

In the warmer months enjoy our pretty patio and garden and our outdoor heated swimming pool. Use our large free car park and enjoy a short walk into the centre of Bath, just 1 mile away, or enjoy the open top tours around the city just 10 minutes walk away. Groups and families welcome. Minimum stay of 2 nights over a weekend.
