Set in six acres of grounds, surrounded by rolling countryside, less than two miles from the spectacular North Devon coast within., ideal for exploring Exmoor National Parks natural beauty and historic interests. Where countryside and comfort combine, Moorlands has a resident’s bar / dinning room where we serve a hearty full English breakfast and delicious home cooked evening meals, adjacent is our lounge with real fire, where guests can relax with their coffee and enjoy views of the gardens.

Through the gardens you can stroll along the old porters path and arrive on the platform of the Woody Bay Station. Tour the newly restored station building and railway shed, marvel at the quality of the rolling stock and then take a short ride through some of the most spectacular countryside of any narrow gauge railway. Dogs are welcome to bring their owners when staying in our self-catering apartments.
