The wine cellar does justice to Roger Saul's passion for the grape and includes over thirty wines by the glass. The Restaurant is situated in the conservatory overlooking the West Terrace and rear gardens. Three bay windows and the glass ceiling fill the room with light during the day, whilst simple chandeliers and candles create an intimate and celebratory atmosphere at night.
