A small thatched pub in a tiny village on Dartmoor. Its got a terrific bustling atmosphere and enjoyable food. Beers on offer include Otter Ale and St Austell Tribute and perhaps a couple of guests like Exe Valley and O’Hanlon’s, there is also a decent wine by the glass.

Enjoyable food includes homemade soup, hearty sandwiches, salmon and blue cheese pasta, braised lamb shank and locally raised steak. A nice place to stay, with comfortable carefully decorated simple bedrooms.
